COURSE LENGTH
This class will meet for 85 minutes per day for one quarter or for a semester skinny.
Areas of Study
Following is a list of the possible areas of technology that we might be addressing during this class. Some areas may be more in depth than others. The areas or projects are subject to change and the order in which they are studied may change also.
- Introduction to Technology and its History
- Communication through CAD
- Design – Egg Car Design Project
- Transportation
- Power & Energy
- Construction
- Manufacturing
EVALUATION
Students will be evaluated by the assignments that must be completed in each area of study. Assignments may include, but not limited to, written assignments, hands on activities, group projects, quizzes and test. Class participation is very important in this class.
